I am thrilled to offer commissioned collage paintings, creating layered, meaningful images of beloved people and places in a unique, abstracted style.

Please carefully read the below before purchasing a reservation. I look forward to working with you to create your one-of-a-kind artwork!

1. Purchase the commission reservation listing here for $100. This holds your spot on my commission calendar.

2. Email the following to amy@mindfullymadestudios.com:

Name

Size painting and orientation (horizontal, vertical, square).

Provide 1-3 reference photos of what you would like to have collaged/painted, if you have them.

Provide a quote or text you would like to include in the painting, if you have one.

Provide 10-20 scans of any personal mementos of this person/place. Think handwritten notes, ticket stubs, favorite books/passages, maps, sheet music, fabrics, and other imagery. I copy these onto watercolor paper and use them in your painting.

Provide other thoughts on what you are hoping from your commission. Please be as specific as possible!

Colors you want to avoid (this can be left blank though!)

Specify whether or not this piece can be shown on Instagram.

3. Sign commission contract that I’ll send by email, and pay price of commission, listed below (Reservation deposit is included in the final commission price). Once the commission agreement is signed and paid for, there are no refunds.

4. Collaging begins, typically within 4-6 weeks, or agreed upon time period. Painting is usually completed within 1 week.

5. I’ll email update photos about halfway through. Upon completion of the painting, I will send a final photo, and ask for approval or minor edits. Any extensive edits beyond that are subject to an additional fee.

6. Collector pays shipping invoice. Domestic shipping can range anywhere from $50 to $200, plus customs fees for international shipping, which are the responsibility of the client. If shipping costs are of concern to you, please inquire ahead of time for an estimate.
